Usage of scripts is limited to the purchaser only. You may use them across your own servers, but may not share access with others or upload them publicly.

3. Payment Policy

All transactions are processed securely via Tebex and are final. By completing a purchase, you agree that you are the authorized account holder and have permission to use the selected payment method.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Once a resource is delivered, we are unable to revoke access, hence we cannot offer refunds under any circumstances.

Exceptions may be made only if:

• The product was never delivered
• The product was purchased multiple times in error
• It violates a marketplace rule (e.g., Tebex policies)

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first is a breach of these terms and may result in a permanent ban from our store, blacklisting on Tebex, or DMCA takedown procedures.

We are not liable for any issues caused by improper installation or modifications to our scripts. You assume full responsibility for using these scripts on your server.
